Welcome to Vijay Laxmi Furniture. We understand that plans change and sometimes a furniture order needs to be cancelled. Please read our cancellation policy below.

1. Order cancellation

Ready-stock furniture orders can be cancelled before shipment only.
Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not possible. You may request a return as per our Returns & Refunds policy.
Custom-made or made-to-order furniture cannot be cancelled once production has started.

2. How to cancel

To cancel your order, email us at support@vijaylaxmifurniture.com or call +91 98715 98873.

Provide your Order ID, name, and registered phone number or email.
We will confirm your cancellation once we verify that the order has not been shipped.

3. Refund for cancelled orders

If your order is cancelled successfully before shipment, a full refund will be issued.

The refund is processed to your original payment method within 7-10 working days.

4. Late cancellation

Late cancellation means asking to cancel after the order has been dispatched or after custom furniture production has begun.

Dispatched orders cannot be cancelled. Return and refund terms will apply instead.
For custom furniture, the advance payment is non-refundable once production has started, as materials and labour are already committed.

5. Store initiated cancellation

We reserve the right to cancel orders due to:

Stock unavailability
Payment issues
Pricing errors
Suspected fraudulent activity

If we cancel your order, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.
