• Payments are processed securely through trusted payment gateways (UPI, cards, net banking).
• Orders are confirmed only after successful payment or the required advance for bulk and custom orders.

• Once an order is processed, it cannot be modified.
• Customers may request cancellation before the order is shipped.
• Custom-made or made-to-order furniture cannot be cancelled once production begins.
• We may cancel orders due to pricing errors, stock issues, or suspected fraud, with a full refund of any amount paid.

• Delivery timelines are estimates and vary by product, location, and whether the item is ready stock or made to order.
• Please provide an accurate address and ensure someone is available to receive the delivery. Check that the furniture can pass through doors, lifts, and stairs.
• Inspect the package on delivery and report any visible damage within 48 hours, with photos or an unboxing video.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.
• Basic assembly and installation is provided for selected products. Delivery and installation charges, if any, are shown at checkout.

• Returns or replacements are accepted within 7 days of delivery for damaged, defective, or wrong items.
• Products must be unused, unassembled (where applicable), and in original packaging.
• Custom-made, modified, and clearance furniture are non-returnable unless found defective.
• Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7 to 10 working days after inspection of the returned item.

• Selected furniture comes with a warranty against manufacturing defects. Terms vary by product and brand.
• Warranty does not cover physical damage, misuse, water or termite damage, improper assembly, or normal wear and tear.
• Please follow the care instructions provided to keep your wooden furniture, upholstery, and finishes in good condition.
